She is absolutely adorable and very, very sweet.

It's a side of her personality that doesn't necessarily come across while she's presenting on HSN.  Very down-to-earth, generous with info (honest info), and caring.

I dont do IG, but I love watching her on the Beauty Report, she is just precious, love her wardrobe, very lacy!!

Shelbelle, I agree.  

I do wish you would see her on IG Live. You would just wanna hug her.  
On HSN, she has a very high energy level, on IG Live, she's very calm, almost zen like.  And very cute sense of humor.  And she LOVES her son so much. He seems like a very very nice person as well, like his Mom. 

And, Amy used to work in product development at Estée Lauder!!!!  She mentioned that during her live after a  live viewer said that the cosmetic vendors should ask her for recommendations and tips on developing products.
