Edit: I just called the above number. Amazon has disconnected it and refers you to the website. However, they have a number for international customers: 1-206-266-2992. I called that number and it gets you into a telephone tree with choices ranging from returns to kindles. It seems like this is the number to call.

It's really much easier just to do as many of us have posted here. Get to the page where you can have them call you. They call immediately, and you can resolve your problem.

Great Customer Service. It amazes me too how quickly they call you. But, that is why they are so good at what they do.

Once I ordered shoes from a 3rd party vendor on Amazon and that vendor just gave me the runaround. Amazon got me my refund and added a $10.00 certificate to my account for all my aggrevation.

I agree about their great customer service. I also purchase often from Amazon, and only once had a problem. I had trouble finding a number to call, but when I requested a call from them, they called right away and resolved the problem quickly and easily! I was very pleased. No hassles at all! Love them!
