How fun was that!  Now that is what I'm talking about with this forum coming back to life!  It really makes perfect sense too... hair, face, angles, etc.  I'm 2 3/4".  Even had DH double check me!  Interestingly, I've always had longer hair when I've been happier in my life... and guess what?  Long hair now!  Thanks so much for this thread!  I'm going to pass this along.

Really no "alas" though, right?

Because the length you have now actually fits you well, according to your resullts. 

The test is for 2.25", but since you said you're over 2.5, medium (ish) length hair should flatter you as well.

That's approximately between shoulder length and down 4".
