During the Nordstrom anniversary sale I purchased the large Philosophy Amazing Grace lotion for my mom and am so disappointed to see that it contains a pile of parabens and other chemicals. I thought that Philosophy was paraben free? Or maybe it was just back in the day. My mom has a serious kidney disease and the last thing I want is her to absorb horrible chemicals. Plan on returning the lotion and am done buying that junk. A few of the Philosophy lotions that I have do not have parabens, but looks like they are moving to that, so no thanks. Will move on to buying beauty products at Whole Foods!

Check out Whish Body Butters. I want to try them to replace the firming body emulsion. I'm no longer purchasing Philosophy products. They are substandard since Coty took over.

You must try the Whish Body Butter. Although it called "body butter", it's really a richer, thicker lotion. I bought some last night at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. Absolutely, lush!! And the scent is yummy!!!
Goodbye, Philosophy firming body emulsion.

To my knowledge Philosophy has never claimed to be paraben free. There are many items without parabens but you need to read each label first prior to purchase.
