Am I the only one who gets teary eyed watching girls out on SCHOOL DANCE nights??

Just got back from a great "date night" with DH and we saw the cutest young couple out for a school dance. He was about 2 inches shorter (my DH is too... Smiley Happy) and dressed in a bright blue shirt with black slacks....hair obviously cut today. And the girl was in a cute little black lacy dress with a blue corsage on her wrist. It was soooooo awkward and cute at the same time that it made me weep!! My DH thinks I am so funny. I can't imagine what id going to happen when my daughter some day goes out like this!?!?!
