Alternative to WEN

I've been using WEN for about 3 years now. I really loved it the first year. However, for the last two years I've been battling hair loss--even balding spots all over. I was diagnosed with alopecia areata (which is an autoimmune disorder whereby your body attacks your hair). I read about the possibility of WEN causing hair loss and I just discounted it based on my diagnosis. Well, I just went back to WEN's forum and was reading one of their threads and I was amazed at some of the stories of hair loss and WEN. Now I'm wondering if this is what has been causing my hair loss. I think I'm ready to give WEN up (even though I like the product). My question is this: Does anyone have a recommendation for a good "natural" shampoo/conditioner? I want to use something that is for sensitive scalps just in case my hair loss is NOT due to WEN, but in fact some autoimmune issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!
