I got the Alterna Bamboo TSV and really like it. I've noticed my hair is shinier and has more body. The 48 hr spray is great. I have shoulder length straight hair that I blow dry under. The spray definitely helps hold it.

Love Alterna products... I have the Caviar, Bamboo Volume, Caviar Volume and several of their styling products all good so far.

No thought is worth thinking.....

The Bamboo anti-frizz conditioner(yellow) is amazing. Makes hair very silky. ""No"" on the volume question.
