I still can't get the 30%-off to apply to my order. So I called their CS and left a message. They are probably busy or not working today. Maybe tomorrow I'll hear from them.

Yeah something isn’t right.  It’s supposed to automatically recalculate but isn’t.

I just went to their FB page and there are others who are having the same issue. I don't see any responses there from Alpha yet so maybe they are not aware of the problem.

@SilleeMee.  Thanks for the notice.  I place at least 2 orders a year with them but never hear about the sales.  I never miss this one.
