Alpha Hydrox question

I would like to try this line of skin care. I have a few sun spots and the first sign of eye wrinkles {#emotions_dlg.crying} - Was wondering which cleanser I should use ( Foaming face wash or Nourishing cleanser). I am definately going to purchase the spot light fade cream, would I still need the Retinol ResQ, if yes, do I use the ResQ in the AM? Thanks for any help/guidance you can give me!
