Allure Beauty Box Subscription

I saw an unboxing video of April's box and it looked very nice. I was thinking of getting a three month subscription for $69 (monthly box is $25). I was wondering if the box is automatically renewed, is it easy to cancel if you want too? Also is there any customization of the box or do you get what you get? I have gotten boxes in the past and have been disappointed, I'm wondering if this box is worth the money?

@Jordan2  - Out of curiosity, I watched a video on the April Allure box and wow!  There are some great things in the box.  I love the Charlotte Tilbury bronzer.  Let us know if you get it.

@JudyL I'm fair and wonder if you can choose a light shade of the bronzer? Also the Grande MD lash serum is $68 on its own and I have used it and it works.

@Jordan2- the video I watched, the girl said you could choose your shade of bronzer.  She said the shades may sell out fast though but that Allure would re-stock.

Re: Allure Beauty Box Subscription

I went to checkout the April box, the bronzer is not available in the shade fair, so it's a no for me. I'll live if I don't get the box, maybe I'll apply the money I was going to spend on it towards the Sephora sale.

Re: Allure Beauty Box Subscription

@Jordan2 I have subscribed to Allure's beauty box for several years now. Most of the products received are skincare, and not a lot of make-up. When there are make-up items included (such as the bronzer), they notify you (usually a month in advance) so you can log into your account and select a color.

I like the Allure boxes because there are always several full size items that far exceed the cost of the subscription.

Re: Allure Beauty Box Subscription

I did this box years ago and it started out great for the first few , but then I started getting funky perfumes and tons of hair conditioners and facial cleansers and awful colored lipsticks----none of which I used and mostly tossed in the trash so I stopped it.
