Alienist Users-I Have a Question

I got my TSV yesterday; however, I don't see in the instructions which one to use for day and which is for evening.  Can anyone tell me?  I know in the demonstration they indicated one was day and the other was night but I can't remember.  One is a tall container and the other is a shorter bottle.

The tall bottle is the retinol and is used at night; the shorter bottle is your morning solution.
