Algenist pressed serum

The instructions say to avoid eye area. However, the video presentation says you can put it on the eye lid and outer corner. What is the correct way? Also, if you can use it in the eye area, can I use it under my eye?

I came here looking for the answer to the same question.  The presentation shows examples of results in changes to the eye area, but states to avoid the eye area.  Can someone clarify the use near the eye, please.  

 

Also, in the presentation, it is repeatedly said that this is not a moisturizer.  Since it is a serum, should I still be using my moisturizer after using the pressed serum?
