If you look at the lines beneath the eye, there is a definite difference.  Of course, none of us know if the picture has been altered.

To me it appears to be an expensive moisturizer with some added stuff like a few peptides, some amino acids, some antioxidants, some vitamins and sunscreen (chemical). Has fragrance also.

If it's not a permanent improvement, what's the use?

Even a basic moisturizer can improve things that much IMHO.

Hydration will do that. The collagen it has will help hydrate the skin but as far as making the wrinkles go away...no.

Every eye is going to look better after moisturizing......every one.  That goes along for the forehead, cheeks, neck, chest, arms, and legs.

I have used this in the past and really liked it.  I even gave it to a friend as a gift.  I stopped using it and moved on to other products.  I don't think I have anything negative to say about it... but you know how it goes.

I've also like Algenist's eye cream and a wrinkle filler like product, but I think they quit making the filler.  I might have to look into that.  LOL
