Advise Please - Eyeliner

Looking for the perfect inner rim eyeliner (aren't we all)

I want something that doesn't turn into raccoon eyes and actually stays on for more than an hour. Anyone with advise (I need it) thank you.

IT just came out with their cream eyeliners and they are highly w.ater resistant. My son got married in March and I did my own makeup. I wore It cream liner and I did not have a smudge even through the tears.

I've been wanting to try a couple of the IT gel liners. I've been using Physicians Formula 2-in-1 Lash Boost and Eyeliner Serum since last summer (the one in the skinny chrome looking tube). The brush on it is fine and flexible so the user can use a light touch for a thin line or press harder to get a thicker line. This stuff lasts until I wash my face at night, meaning I have it on for a good 15 hrs.

I am LOVING the It Cosmetics Liner Love, although I do not like the brush that it came with. I picked up two more from the It Cosmetics site without the brush, so now I have Espresso, Taupe and Navy. Espresso and Navy work well on the inner rim, but Taupe has shimmer in it and works buffed out as a shadow instead. Believe me, I have tried just about everything out there for the inner rim and these are the best yet.

IT gel liners are the only ones I have found to stay all day and not get on my contact lenses. I do apply two coats to my bottom inner rim.

BE used to sell an inner rim liner--I forget what it was called, but it's in my MU bag that I carry in my purse. I'll have to go look up the name.

My personal favorite is the Tarte inner rim liner, I use it everyday and it lasts all day long.

My all time favorite is Almay Intense Liquid Eyeliner. I've used it for years now with no raccoon eyes, which had always been a problem in the past for me. It goes on kind if like a sharpie marker, you control how thick or thin you want it. It stays on until I take it off.
