I have super oily skin, it's reactive, sensitive and breakout prone. I now also have two places that start under my nostrils and kind of goes down at an angle to a point to right above the corners of my mouth, that are red, inflamed, dry, kind of crusty and scaly. I'm at a loss at what to do with my skin. Those spots remind me of some sort of contact dermatitis, but as they've been there for over a month and I've been treating them with hydro cortisone cream they haven't spread. But if they go down and I quit using the hydro cortisone cream they come flaring back with a vengeance! I cut back and cut out any harsh skincare stuff about a month ago. I'm using an oil cleanser at night to wash my face and remove makeup at the same time, figured the less manipulation of my skin the better. I use Clinique moisture surge at night and in the morning I was with one of Cliniques liquid soaps and use the DDMG after. I don't know what to do, I'm not sure if this would warrant going to a dermatologist or what. So please any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
