I have read that rinsing with food grade hydrogen peroxide is good for oral health as well as whitening. I was wondering if any of you experts have had experience in doing so?
I also wanted your feedback on adding peroxide to a purchased rinse for added benefits. I have been adding a touch to my pre and post rinse activities for a little while but was wondering if it might not be smart to do or if it might counteract and render the active ingredients in the rinses ineffective?
Just wanted to start a dialog! Thanks in advance if you can offer some insight!
