Acne started to get bad at 25 yrs

I dont know why but after my 25 birthday i always have some type of out break, im 29 now

and still suffer with bad acne. Before i was 25 i would get it just with that time of the month, but anymore its an uphill battle. i do have a thyroid issues, and have gone to a derm but they have not helped . anyone here have this problume. im trying to cut out makeup for a week to see what is the problume?
