Acetone and vitamin E remover

Has anyone made their own mixture of 100% acetone remover and Vitamin E liquid or any other mixture to reduce dryness? If so, was it effective in taking of polish? I like the TIPS polish remover but it's a bit too pricey and it would be so much cheaper if I did my own mixture.
