ANYONE know why email says Order Now, Pretty Wild kit $31.50, Then charges $34.00?

I am STILL trying to figure out WHY they send an email out with sale prices on products, saying ORDER NOW. Then you check the other items and they are at sale price, yet if you try to order the Pretty Wild, which says ORDER NOW, $31.50 event price, it charges you $34.00.

ANYONE???

I just got the email a few hours ago on the 14th. It says it is the BE beauty newsletter, advance preview. No one seems to know and it is not listed on the BE site. TIA!
