ANYONE HAVE PROBLEMATIC FIBROIDS

I have a fibroid that has grown larger over the past few years and is causing me some pain and discomfort. Periods are longer and heavy.Anyone know a natural way to shrink these monsters?What about progesterone cream?I am many years away from menopause and I don't want to have to have hysterectomy. Any suggestions? Thanks Ladies!
