I have sensitive eyes, allergies, etc. and Bobbi Brown mascara is the only one that works for me.

@Fressa  ITA. Bobbi Brown comes to mind when most categories are requested. There are several formulas of mascara available. The Smokey Eye Mascara is black, a lightweight easy on the lashes formula that adds length and volume, but still easy to remove. It is not a hypoallergenic mascara. I always suggest Clinique or Jane Iredale or Bare Minerals for more sensitive eyes.

Re: ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ALLERGY-FREE MASCARA?

Sensitive eyes are such an individual case. In my situation, Clinique and Bare Essentials did not work for me. My eyes water quite a bit so the mascara would run in the corners. I tried Pure mascara and it would not stayon if I had a bad allergy day. I'm glad you mentioned about removing the mascara. That can be an issue as well. We get so focused on finding a mascara that will stay we forget how are we goning to get this off the eye without having/causing another issue. I know that I have yet to find a remover that works and doesn't give me a reaction. I've gone back to Purity for most times.

@Fressa   If eyes are really sensitive and getting mascara off is an issue, tubular mascara may be a good option. I know Trish McEvoy makes one. It goes on forming tubes of color around each lash. The removal process involves wiping gently with warm cotton pads and the tubes slide off the lashes.
