Well I have two products that I love for daytime, ASDM Beverly Hills vitamin c serum and Andalou Naturals CC cream. The CC does have spf but it doubles as my moisturizer too![]()

My morning routine is: Peter Thomas Roth's anti-aging cleansing gel with my clarisonic followed by Josie Maran's Argan Milk and Argan Oil (regular). After having cranky skin all of my life I have finally arrived at makeup optional at 52 years old. I hope I can enjoy this easy routine for at least a little while.

I use CeraVe hydrating cleanser and an oil-free moisturizer (Simple brand at the moment). I am oily and acne-prone, but I use actives for that in the evening.
I would like to add a vitamin C serum to my morning routine, but I just restarted Retin-A a few months ago and I want to give my face a bit more time before I add anything else.

I rinse my face with warm water. I cocktail a couple of Isomers serums and apply them. Then I apply my ASDM Vit C serum. Let it all dry. Apply my sun screen which has anti-aging ingredients in it so it is also my moisturizer. I have 3 different neck creams that I like and apply one of them to my neck. This all takes me maybe 10 minutes.

Gentle Exfoliation (Fleur de Lis Rice & Papaya Enzyme Powder)
Toner (Thayers Alcohol-free Witch Hazel & Aloe Vera Toner)
Vitamin C Serum (many out there to choose from)
AHA Treatment (Alpha Hydrox - a few options here, based on your skin type)
Moisturizer, if needed (I don't use a separate moisturizer these days because there's hyaluronic acid in my serum and BB/CC cream)
Eye Cream (currently, Mizon Snail Repair Eye Cream)

Well you don't really say what you use for your PM routine so hard to know what you are already using but, I'd recommend::
-a good vitamin C serum that also contains sodium hylauronate (or hylauronic acid) and ferulic acid
- rose hip seed oil (or a mix of oils like Andalou Naturals' moroccon beauty oil).
I firmly believe in multitasking products to keep it simple but effective. Good luck!

Awe, thanks, Chi-town girl. I think we're always learning. Like anyone, I appreciate effective products/ingredients and positive results, but I don't want to spend an arm and a leg for them either. I don't officially cleanse my face in the morning because it's clean from the night before - just has the nighttime treatment products on, but no dirt. That's why I just do the exfoliation. I think the enzyme powder does enough new cleansing. The one thing I don't ever want to be without, though, is the Dr. Young Camellia Cleansing Oil that I use at night. I've been very happy with Mad Hippie Vitamin C Serum for many months - soon going on a year, actually. I've been looking at some other options to try, but making the right choice can be confusing. I'm liking the Mizon Snail Repair Eye Cream, but Mizon makes a collagen firming eye cream that sounds good, too. Fortunately, many of these Asian skincare products can be found economically priced on eBay or Amazon.
