Just a heads up for the Alpha Skin Care beauties that I received an email today that their Essential Renewal Cream is back.  Has 10% Glycolic Acid.

If my dog doesn't like you, neither do I.

Do you use any of the facial or body washes?

@rms1954 Not the Alpha line but I use a Mario Badescu(?)  Body wash with glycolic.  I have an Alpha Skin Care body wash in waiting.  I just use the Renewal Body Lotion and really like it.

Re: ALPHA SKIN CARE UPDATE

[ Edited ]

I've used the Alpha body wash many times in the past. It's good but not anything really special or extraordinary imo.  It does smell nice though, like a spa.

I'm a big fan of their body lotion. That's been a fave of mine for almost 30 years!

I've heard good things about this product.  I've seen it on Ebay.  Who has the best prices?  Are there coupons anywhere?

AlphaSkin dot com has a sale going on right now. Code is on their homepage. They sell kits, too, if you want to sample a variety.

@SilleeMee Are you referring to the lotion with glycolic acid?  If so, does it leave a tacky feeling after absorbtion?  I'm asking because I tried a glycolic body loyion from the Replenix brand and it left me so tacky I felt my limbs were fly paper.  I know acids tend to leave that texture behind but my arms need a lot of help.  TIA!

I used to be Tem77 but QVC lost my account! All my A/D orders have been re-instated phew!

@NYCTem77  - hope you don't mind if I answer this.  I also use this Alpha lotion and have off and on for years and have never had that tacky feeling you mentioned.  I use mine in the morning and get dressed right after application with no issues.

@JudyL Thanks for letting me know!  I've been wanting to incorporate a glycolic bopdy lotion into my routine for a while now and the Alpha line seems to be relatively inexpensive.  I'm gonna give it a try......

The Alpha lotion doesn't leave a tacky feel. Of course any lotion will be a bit tacky right after you apply it. The lotion absorbs fairly quickly enough where you don't have to wait a long time to get dressed.
