I need to call HSN & ask to have the shipping fees reimbursed for the two body mousses I ordered.

@Ilovelife123   Thank you for the information about free shipping on Perlier.  I hadn't been watching hsn, so I'd have never known!  I'm almost out of my Honey Cream Bath and it's just too expensive to purchase at Dillards.  I hope they still have some of the gallon size left.😊❤️

@willdob3   please let us know what they say.  I ordered the mousse night before last, it is now in the packaging phase, so I cannot cancel and reorder...  I didnt think that they would refund the shipping tho...

@willdob3 I do use the RE nectar of youth, but I’m a “Cocktailer”. It goes “in the mix”. Absolutely ask for your shipping back. The worst they can say is “no” and ask for spendable kash if they claim they can’t “refund the shipping” 💁‍♀️

I have never heard of HSN refunding shipping in this circumstance. I'll be interested to hear what they say.

Thanks @Shelbelle.  Since I signed up, I'm getting TCB's emails but didn't see anything about this from HSN today.  I just made a purchase and hope it doesn't get declined by HSN (as my first 2 purchases did).

Thank you! I will use it with other Perlier items I already use, too. Do you use it once or twice a day? - I've really become a Perlier gal lately. 

I did call CS & got a refund on the shipping. HSN has always been good about this kind of thing. They may ask that you wait until the items have shipped.
