AHA and retinol question??

I am trying a new AHA cleanser as recommended on a Dr Oz show...only washing once a day and washing quickly so as not to let the acid sit too long on my face....My question is....I have some retinol creams that i have used in the past too...should I avoid combining using one right after the other? Is is use AHA or Rentinol only...not both? And what is an example of a moisturizer with ceramides in it?? Any drug store recs for that?

BTW- My skin looks very nice after a week of just the AHA cleanser!! Smiley Happy
