On May 13 starting at 12 am until May 14 ends at 12 pm - All Haircare regularly priced products will be 40% off. I use their hydrating shampoo w/argan oil and it is the bomb! There is a password but you can get that on the website the day of. If I gave the password, this thread would be deleted.

The sale is NOW in case anyone needs hair products. If your order doesn't earn free shipping you can "pad" it with a few oils (oils are 50% off -- look under "SALE").

@just bee I am going to send an email to Acure. Their shipping charges are too high! Last year they were free and now very high. I did not purchase.

I wouldn't know -- I make sure I order at least $25 worth of product to get "free" shipping.

My beef with them was their recent BOGO sale. Usually you buy one item and get another product as long as it's the same price. With Acure, I had to buy a product and get the same product at no charge.

Committing to two of the same when I didn't even know if I liked them? That was annoying. And they've been out of the Pear & Fig shampoo for some time now. All I wanted to do was try all their hair products to see which one I liked best.

How much are they asking to ship?

@just bee I only needed one shampoo and I would have ordered the fig one but it was out of stock. With the 40% off the shampoo was $5.99 and the shipping was $8.00. OMG! I don't think so. It will be interesting to see if they respond. Even if they met the customer half way would be acceptable but I am not paying $8.

Ah, the lure of "free" shipping. I went ahead and ordered the clarifying shampoo and conditioner, marula oil, and argan with coconut. I was a couple cents short of $25 so I had to order another item even though I didn't really want or need anything.

I ended up with the rosehip oil which will sit in my refrigerator until I can get around to using it. It was $6.50. Still less than shipping.
