@Shanus wrote:@Icegoddess I know Johnson's baby powder and other brands went talc free many years ago.
@Shanus I did say even if it was talc-free. I just don't trust that thre could be some other issue with powders migrating internally.

The thought of shots "down there" sound so yucky, @sheetsheba.

@Icegoddess I understand you 100 percent. I too used those spray powders in my 20's and 30's.
My mom warned me against it yet I did not listen. Well guess what? At age 43 went to my GYN appointment after anemia diagnosis and guess what? I had a huge grapefruit sized ovarian cyst. There it was.
Thank goodness it was not cancer, Oncologist said I was very lucky and so I think your concerns were spot on as I'm living proof.
Keep up with your blood tests ladies please as they tell a story.

One thing he stressed, quite firmly, is that it is very important to stay hydrated. Do your research - it means drinking much more water than the average person may do. I had been drinking far less. But I changed - I keep my big pitcher on the counter, often with lemon or lime in the water, to remind me.
Well, when I leave the house, yes I wear a pad. With a spare.
Rest rooms are often hard to find. Hey, I take a bucket of supplements every day, not going to skimp on water. Give it a bit of research, and you may find you are not hydrating enough. It is really important.
My grandaughter and her DH are both trainers at a gym. One day they took their 3 yr. old daughter with them. When she came home she asked her mom if she was feeling all right and she said yes and the child said, "Good job. Stay hydrated." That broke me up!
