Re: A Brand of moisturizing lipstick

Cover Girl Outlast is the only drug store lipstick that has staying power, IMO.  It comes with one tube color and one tube gloss.

Re: A Brand of moisturizing lipstick

From my personal experience, the super moisturizing lipsticks don't have the staying power. For conditioning and hyration for dry lip days,  I like Flower Beauty's Hydrasilk lip butter,  Cover Girl's Oh Sugar Lip Balm, or Clinique's Chubby Stick Intense Moisturizing Lip Balm. But you do need to re-apply these quite often.

But for something more lasting but not as hydrating (they are still moisturizing), I like Revlon's Superlustrous Lipsticks or Mabelline's Color Sensational Lipsticks.

I love Doll 10 nude sets.  They are always enough color and modern shades. They last and look good.

Can just be drug store brand.  I want a high pigment listick that does not dry out on your lips.  I do not like gloss. I like pink shades.  Any suggestions?

Good luck; I've been looking for a long-lasting lipstick as you describe for 50 years.

She didn't say long-lasting, she said moisturizing. They're almost never the same thing.

Re: A Brand of moisturizing lipstick

I find Red Apple lipsticks to be nicely moisturizing, and they have an excellent range of shades. They happen to be vegan, gluten free, free of preservatives, toxin and chemical free, petroleum free, lead and talc free.

None of this is the reason I like them, though. I just love the feel and quality. Oh, and their CS is unbelievably good.

Here's just one that I have:

Re: A Brand of moisturizing lipstick

I like the Bite Beauty lipsticks for good color that doesn't dry my lips. Revlon's ColorBurst Lip Butters are also moisturizing but still have good color. Some are more pigmented than others. Some of the Fresh Sugar Lip Treatments are highly pigmented and some are just a hint of color. If you have a Sephora near you, you can go in and test the shades. You may be able to view swatches online, too.
