Got my pep40 last Thursday but haven’t used it yet.   I got his half price bronzer too.  Love to know why he calls it a bronzer because it delivers no color whosoever, which is what ‘I wanted after seeing his demo.  It really makes your face look good without imperfections.   A very good product.

I ordered 2 tubs of the Pep40 cream and the lip 6x serum and all are still in process.  I think I’ll call today.

Well, I called and was told it says it’s being delivered on the 16th. I told her it said that since 10/5 when I ordered it and she had no reply.  It’s still in process so I doubt I’ll get it on the 16th. Their CS is the worst. I ordered it very quickly so I see no reason for it taking so long.  CS asked if she could do anything else for me and it took all I had in me not to say “You didn’t help me with anything”. She told me nothing except what I already knew from looking at my order. It seems I always have to call for my SKINN. I think if I didn’t call I would never get it.

Processing usually takes forever on Evine. Just how it is.

UPDATE: Was told Saturday it was shipping.

Called today (10 days processing) and told it is now on WAITLIST! 

They are the worst. I am so disappointed and mad. 

Anyone else having this this problem with the Pep40 body cream?

Was surprised I got my products on Friday. Evine normally takes forever to ship, I will have forgotten what I ordered. Maybe they are in the holiday shipping mode now trying to catch up with competitors

I have had an AS order in process since 9-30-18. Just checked it last night. It still shows in process with an expected delivery date of 11-11-18??? At least I still have a full bottle so I can wait. Totally ridiculous how long it takes to receive an order or how long an AS is in process.

I used to receive my packages fairly quickly from Evine. Don't know what happened to their Shipping Dept.

People need to get their shopping done early if you expect to receive your stuff in time. I would not order anything after 12-7 & expect to receive it on time with all the slow shipping.
