613 OTO ?

I missed the OTO presentation on the 613. But 5 minutes before the deal was over I saw it available on waitlist on the computer. I was wondering if the easy pays were locked in for the future AD shipment? Also has anyone ever upped a future AD quantity amount? If so I was wondering do they give half off the shipping for the extra kit? TIA.
