613, 1 Or 2 Cleansings?

I just got mine last week and on the bottle it says for short hair to use 6-8 pumps. Just wondering if you still do two cleansings with this formula , I have fine short thinning hair that goes flat the second day and I'm not one to cleanse my hair everyday, maybe 2 or 3 times a week. Do you mix it with one of the other formulas or just use this on its on?
