welcome 2blonde, and 1Professor thank you for the kind words. it's good to see you back here again (it's been a while). surely this will become easier to understand soon. when confronted with big changes like this my first reaction is usually "Oooo boy, I'm way too old to even try to figure this out", but then eventually it begins to make sense. I'm shaking out my old brain cells, knocking off the dust and trying to dig in here.

Thank you, Helen, for the new thread.  This is the strangest format for the forum.  Plus, QVC should have given more explanation on features.  How do we edit? What are message tags?  It's purpose?
