This is interesting because yesterday I received the ULTA catalog and they are having a huge hair products sale at the same time.

It looks like it's for everyone because it's on my homepage in the app and I'm only at Insider level.  Mine says "Up To" 50% off and that you can't buy more than 2 of the same sales products.
