44 and 0.7 low progesterone levels. Help

My levels last year were normal at 11. I had two steroid epidurals 4 months ago and since then, my periods have been irregular. I just had my hormones tested and my progesterone was 0.7 I do not want to take hormones. I hope my levels will raise again. Anyone have this issue?
