@I am still oxox  - i also have hair like yours - shoulder length and thick.  I love my hair, but if I could cut down time in the morning getting ready for work, a 400.00 investment in a blow dryer would be worth it.  I agree that 400.00 is a lot to spend on a blow dryer, but only those who have to spend a lot of time drying thick hair would understand.  It's a long term investment, so 400.00 is not terrible on a product you're using everyday that will last for years.

I purchased the T3 hairdryer $160.00 most I ever spent on item like this

I had this hairdryer just over a year, when it basically blew it self out in a puff of black smoke. When I contacted the T3 website, they did not respond at all for 10 days. Then emailed me & asked for the model# etc. and that's the last I have heard from them. Very poor customer service too say the least. Will never buy another of their products again.
