Looks like they removed this! After reading your post this morning, I put it in my cart. I just looked and now it's back to the regular price. I also looked at the spring beauty event preview and it's no longer there. Let's see. If it will show up in tonight's show at the TTV price with free shipping. Just as well, I certainly don't need it but wanted to try. I just ordered the Tula moisturizer(didn't receive it yet) but don't need both. I tried the Active Argon stem cell hand treatment and love it! It's the first hand cream I've ever used that gave me results! My hands are starting to become crepey(like my moms-hereditary) and I saw instant results with this. That's what prompted me to want to try it.

@BdBettyB - bizarre. It must be a system default when they initially load a new item. We noticed it with Isomers items too, pricing went up and down several times before the shows

Guess if it's something you/we really want, jump on it if it loads with the TTV price and free shipping

I didn't see this issue with the new Skinn items.
