I would like to find out when the Wen Seasonals were available in 32oz bottles and how the auto delivery works. Thanks

I believe it was offered in the fal, I don't remember exactly. You sign up for auto delivery and it ships every three months. You cancel/ push out (within reason) anytime before shipment like regular auto delivery rules.

Is this part of an OTO? I don't think it's a TSV or is it?

No, it isn't a OTO or TSV, just something he does during Fall. In Fall, you can buy the 32 oz Fall seasonal as a single purchase or as an AD. For the AD, it will be each seasonal delivered during the timeframe that seasonal is offered. Only Fall (so far) seasonal has been offered as a 32 oz without having to be on the AD. HTH!

It doesn't have a specific date when it becomes available, it's just "fall". The date was different in 2012 than 2013. You just kind of have to keep an eye out. It's one of those products where it's up when they put it up and once it sells out it's gone.

Also, you can skip a season without losing the plan, I skipped Winter because I didn't think I'd like it, and you can increase the amount. I bumped my order for Summer up because I love SHP.

After FAS (didn't like) I've ordered a 16oz of the seasonal as soon as available so I know if I want the 32 oz or not. It's a good deal!

when the new Fall seasonal is offered on the Q in September, we are given the option of a 32 oz size on auto delivery ( fall, winter, spring & summer seasonal scents will be shipped every 3 months in the 32 oz size ). The only way you can get the 32 oz size is to sign up for the AD plan, which usually sells out within 24 hours of it being offered.

it'll be time for the new plan in 3 months.

What if you sign up for the AD plan and get the fall seasonal and really dislike it. Can you send the fall seasonal back as a return, but still stay in the AD plan for the future seasonals?

I'm not sure if I will do the AD again. I wasn't a fan of FAS or SOB. WCM was just ok. I only love SHP out of all 4 of the new seasonal formulas so maybe I will pass and just stock up on the formulas I like. I still have an unopened 32oz FAS in my stash. Maybe I'll list it on the bay.
