@Kabella  I think it's a sort of "stamp-on" brow.  Google "3 second brow" for more info.

It seems interesting, but maybe works best for darker haired beauties.  I'm also not sure how "refined" it looks in person -- not meant to be a "slam," as I only looked at one video.   Hopefully those who have tried it, can share their thoughts.

@I like celery...I'm a bit skeptical. I can't imagine it would go on that perfectly. That's why I posted this. QVC beauty girls generally seem to have the best inside scoop on new stuff.

A girl I work with uses this, although the shape is good.....it does look like it was indeed stamped on.  It does not look natural at all.  I worry about how well it is going to hold up in the wet/damp spring or humid/sticky summer.  It has that look like one drop of water and it is going to run down her face.
