I get it, I work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day (well, only 6 on Saturdays!)  and I went to work today with no makeup and it was fine! Well, I DID wear eye makeup... but I didnt derma-roll my eyes..

 

Maybe try it  the night before a day off, if you have one...
