23 posts and how many on defending STO?

Did anyone manage to look through the post history? That thread got poofed.

Now, we can't tell if that poster (claiming no affiliation with STO - not even as a customer) was only here to defend STO (IMHO, quite unsuccessfully) and run the OP down when that thread about bad customer service started.
