Good Evening Friends,

I talked to my SIL and found out a little more regarding my niece's PET scan results. Evidently, it showed a bright spot, or glow, as she called it. They're hoping it's residue from one of the medicines they gave her. They're waiting six weeks to rescan her, and see if the spot is duller. There is a scale of 1-5. 1-3 is remission, and 4-5 is not. Abigail is considered right now a 4. So, the next scan will determine a lot. I hope this makes sense. 

@JustJazzmom , Laura Mercier's eyeshadow sticks are my favorite. Sounds like you had another busy day. I'm glad you found some time for yourself!

@MariotaMurielle , I like that plant in the photo whatever the name is. Pretty color! I had to laugh reading you were DH's plumbing assistant. You're braver than me! Seems like you two are getting a lot taken care of and saving money by doing it yourself. That's great. Enjoy your special time this week with sweet Ezra!

dh went to dentist,he got a mold made of his molar that needs a crown put on it, crown will be ready mid october.

did normal chores

did morn walk

dried in dryer today, have doctor check at 1pm today wanted all complete before i went to appoint

hi friends. we had a really busy day today. DH and I had to tag-team for Ezra. I had a dentist appointment here this morning, then as soon as I got home he had to leave for a dentist appointment in Jackson and a couple of other missions there and didn't get home until 6pm.

my appointment didn't go as planned. the dentist had to cut my temporary crown in half to get it off, then when she placed the permanent crown on she was not happy with the color. so....off it came and another temporary crown put on. so it will be another couple of weeks of waiting. she told me to be very careful with this one because she didn't use as much "super glue" as she did before . but, that's ok. the temporary crown looks fine and as long as nothing happens to it the wait won't be a problem.

DD and I ordered some decorations last night for Ezra's birthday party. she has always called him her "one hit wonder" because it was kind of a miracle that she was able to conceive and she knew he would be her only chance to be a mom. when we were looking at different websites we found a banner that says "One Hit Wonder" and some vinyl record streamers and banners for his high chair and to string along the wall. it's going to be so cute.

Tomorrow I plan to buy some fall plants. We had a little hail this morning which flattened some of my summer flowers. Frost is being predicted up north of us, so it won't be long before I have to pull them out anyway. The mums and asters at the garden centers look exceptional this year.

not much new here

dh is coming home now,he has a doctor appoint at 1pm this is his 6 month check with primary doc..

began my new medication for my IBDisease, so far so good, no side effects yet. am only taking 1/2 tablet twice a day just to make sure i have no reaction to the medication so far so good, one side effect i did notice was very thirsty, doctor did telll me this could be a side effect when put me on this new medication.

Had a busy day. Got up early to accept delivery of an assembled entertainment unit. Our coffee table is back in front of our sofa. The TV is sitting on the top of the unit for now. Delivery of the wall mount will be tomorrow. One of our sons will be by next week to hang the mount & hang up the TV. He will also put the turntable & speakers on the top of the unit & hook them up. We will also move the CD player & receiver to this unit, plus our DVDs. It will be so nice to get these things off the floor under end tables  or behind the sofa. Most of the DVDs are taking up a bookshelf & when those are put away will free up that shelf for books.

Got today a 3rd sconce for the master bathroom. When we do over the room I may put that 3rd sconce between 2 medicine cabinets or on the opposite wall by a vanity desk area. Still mulling over how I want to do this.

Good Morning! @JustJazzmom , I've been eyeing wall sconces just like the one you posted on Amazon. I saw them in an advertisement a while back and really liked them. I want two for my living room.

sky is very ominus, very dark,rain is about an hour west of me.

did normal chores today did get morn walk in.

have a call into primary doctor,back to square 1 of these new pills i was put on a couple days ago, the RN who works with my PCP contacted me back I was out of the house when she called me back to phone tag has begun. either up my dosage or go to another pill to see what can help me.

the first day of fall and it was 97 degrees here today. but the forecast is for slightly cooler weather and less humidity in the coming week.

we've had Ezra every weekday for the past two weeks and we're both worn out. but it was worth it for all the snuggles I got! he really is the sweetest baby. DD is working Saturday so she can stay home with him tomorrow since her MIL is still not feeling well. DH has a morning appointment in Jackson and I'm going to sleep until noon if I feel like it.

we are one week away from closing and the inspector has brought up an issue with the side yard fence, saying it needs to be repaired. it's not our fence. it's our next door neighbor's fence. hopefully it won't turn out to be a problem. as I've said: I never count my chickens 'till they hatch.
