Good afternoon! Had an early morning. Painter was here to repair 2 cracks in ceiling in LR. I think it was exacerbated during the roof shingles being done and/or garage construction. 

He did a great job. You don’t see where it was. 

Glad you are on the mend, the both of you @snardy & @LTT1. 

@Hayfield  You sure are active. 

Going to grab a small nap since I was up earlier than normal.

temps shot way up once that sun came out. about 3pm sun was in full force.

don't think i will see full moon tonight weather is changing. more rain expected with lots of cloud cover for next several days.

I am starting to feel better thanks. I heard on the news that along with the flu, this upper respiratory infection is going around.

LTT1, glad you're feeling better. Are you going to see your DGC? 

SleeplessinSD, how are you doing, my friend? I hope you haven't caught any of this stuff that is going around. How is your brother doing? 🙏🏻 I'm glad you found a shampoo you like. I use a purple shampoo for gray hair. It makes my hair really shiny and silvery. Always thinking of you! 💕

Viva, I'm sorry you won't be seeing your DH for awhile. How's the weather?

JJM, I'm glad the workmen did a nice job on your house. Do you do any gardening this time of year? 

Hayfield, glad you are keeping so busy. It sounds like you have lots of fun!

Good morning. Going to bed earlier helped since I was up earlier than normal yesterday.

Going to catch up on recorded programs this AM.

@snardy  No, I really don’t do any gardening except pick up fallen pine cones. I am diligent about refilling the bird feeders & their water source. The water source works for the animals around too. 

Have a lovely Saturday. It looks nice outside. I as watching the weather channel we have — Accuweather & it looks like some really heavy snow is heading across the country. Stay warm & dry everyone.

hey all

not much here today.

was up at 430am got chores mostly completed by 7am, sat down in my recliner fell asleep for 2 hours watching a jimmy cagney movie. anyway, got up at 9am washed hair put on make up for church tonight.

not much else. quiet day. dh is at work.

snardy glad you are zooming around again. always good to get yourself up after no feeling well to finally feel human again.

we've had thunder and lightning and very heavy rain, tornado warnings, flood warnings and high winds all morning. but, for now, it's quiet.

Apparently there were tornadoes last night...in your area?

When we went to sleep last night, we were dodging tornadoes.

This morning....snow!

Hi Everyone,

Sadly, my brother was again taken to ER early yesterday morning. My sister in law called us saying he couldn't breathe and was choking. He has pneumonia and is not responding to current treatment/antibiotics/steroids. His pulmonary doctor saw him a bit ago and said they will be putting him in the ICU and he will be given stronger meds. If he doesn't respond well, he will be intubated. He said his chances getting through this are 50-50. We've all been staying in touch waiting for updates. We need to be there and are leaving in a little while. We'll stay with my sister. All of this is happening so fast. I'm heartbroken but still hoping for the best. I did call and was able to talk to him for a minute to let him know I'd be there soon.
