We had clouds all day here. We ate the last of the leftovers tonight.

We did have a sprinkle but nothing major. 

Car state inspection is tomorrow & I will occupy the time walking around until it's done.

Stopping in for a quick good night. It's been "hot" here, and we are pretty much sticking around the house except for running errands here and there. We haven't been issued another stay at home order by our governor yet. San Diego is on his watch list though. I'm worried about our grandson. A couple of his coworkers have tested positive. He'll be tested now soon too. @MariotaMurielle , like @catwhisperer , I'd like one of your rolls too when you make them. I mean, you have had that yeast for a while now, lol! I've said it before, your DH is a keeper!

hey all

busy day, many chores, did both walks picked up my glasses at eye glass place.

not much else. very hot/humid today. more humid than hot but still mighty hot to make me sweat on my walks.

The car state inspection went off without a hitch. I sat at a nearby outdoor restaurant and did 2 Sunday crossword puzzles while I waited. I then went food shopping after that & came home.

Tomorrow is going for my annual bloodwork as prep for my annual physical soon. Trying to get things done before things go topsy turvy again here.

Good afternoon all! Both of us (DH & I) got our bloodwork done today in anticipation of annual physicals coming up. Arborist crew finally came to prune the 2 overhanging trees on property lines today. While briefly outside, I pruned lightly our magnolia of low hanging branches. Now a person can walk underneath it without bumping into them.

It has been hot today! I harvested our first crop of green beans and will have them tonight with a honey/extra virgin olive oil/sage leaf marinade for a pork loin. I also harvested some more Romaine lettuce and that will be for us tonight too. We are supposed to be quite warm for the next 5 - 10 days.
