Hello everyone,

Please excuse me for interrupting your thread.

@SleeplessinSD

I wanted to post here for privacy about your brother’s health issues.

My friend’s dad lived a long life with this condition. Several food groups were illuminated from his diet. Foods that may cause phlegm in the lungs. Fatty foods and dairy were problematic. Friend’s mom was a RN and worked with his doctors on boosting his immune system, controlling smells that were overwhelming for him, professional exercise routine and high grade air purifiers in their home also. Doctors worked with pharmaceutical companies to insure all medications were covered or very small copays.

The state I reside in offers free information from their medical school library. I request clinical trials, research papers, top specialists in the medical issues I have and I ask the medical librarian for information on health issues that may occur due to the current autoimmune issues.

The specialist your brother chooses may be able to provide him with this information also. You may have a program with one of your medical schools in your state that will provide information to you.

If I may be of assistance please let me know. Since notifications aren’t working please leave a message for me in PT and I will respond here if that’s alright?

Prayers for your brother and entire family dear friend.

There is is also a website I wanted to mention for assistance. Needy Meds dot com.

Thank you,

🦋

Good Evening Friends! I didn’t sleep well last night so didn’t do much and have been moving slow all day. I was going to post and actually started to but can’t seem to keep all my thoughts straight. I’m about ready to go up, so I’ll catch up tomorrow. I hope everyone had a happy, healthy day!😊❤️

Good Morning!--Well, yesterday was an ugly day, cloudy, rainy and cold but cold for us is 38!  We did go to Costco and we only spent $87, that's a first!  I told DH that maybe we should try going once a month and just picking up what we really need since we don't have the storage we used to have.  Maybe we'll spend less money??  I did go line dancing but DH wouldn't go and luckily he didn't, there was on 6 people there, including the teacher.  I guess it was such an ugly day, nobody wanted to go.  Since I didn't get to walk or play pickleball I needed my steps, so I went.  DH wanted to go out for hamburgers but I already made hamburgers, I like something easy since dance class is 5-6.  I like going out but it does add up and I'm trying to be a little more careful.  I have my stretch and yoga class this morning then I'm getting my hair cut & colored.  I hope that everyone has a great day!

Re: “2019” 60’s Ladies & Everyone~Please Join Us!

hi y'all. it's been really quiet around here. it's been raining so much, I've just been staying inside. I had planned to start walking at the park at least 2 or 3 days a week but haven't been able to go due to the rain. I did get on my rebounder for a few minutes, but I didn't last very long. I forgot I had to just do a few minutes at a time until my stamina is better. I still have very little energy, but I'm hoping that will get better with time.

the hole diggers are still here. they were at the front door at 7:30 this morning explaining to DH what their plans are. I'm so glad he was already up when they came to the door. we now have 10 holes in our yard but they assured DH that they would be taken care of when they finish.

I had lunch plans with a friend yesterday but had to reschedule until next week because of the rain. I don't mind a little rain but this is getting ridiculous. they are predicting severe storms for Saturday, which could include tornadoes.

big blessings to all.

here's a Mississippi farm sunset.

have a peaceful evening y'all.
