hello all tonight.

wash last load for tonight. Dh and i went to church this evening, then ate at home. I steamed some homemade lasagna in my slow cooker. Good hot food to come home too.

DD just called, they are invited to neighbors across street for a NY eve party, don’t have far to walk.

not much else for tonight.

Happy New Year!!!!!--It's going to be in the 70's today!  Wow!  I told DH that if we hadn't invited friends over to watch the Rose Bowl later, we'd go to the beach.  It's going to get rainy again but the next decent day I want to head out to the beach, I figure nobody should be there this time of year.  It would be fun to walk along the beach with nobody around.  We didn't do anything special last night, which was fine, I can't remember the last time we went out New Year's Eve.  It sounds like everyone had a quiet New Years Eve too.  I hope that 2019 brings us all the best and keeps the worst far from our doors!
