hey y'all. my first visit to outpatiient PT was actually good. it was a combination of a little bit of torture (pushing, pulling and mashing) followed by the wonderful comfort of ice packs and a compression device. I'll go back Thursday and Friday and then starting next week it will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

we had crazy weather here again today. it was warm and extremely humid, with pouring rain and tornado warnings. we actually turned the air conditioner back on.

this will be the first new year's eve in several years that DH will be home. he's usually at deer camp this time of year. our evening will be a very quiet one at home. tomorrow we'll watch bowl games and take the Christmas tree down.
