10 MINUTE HAIRCOLOR GRAY COVERAGE?

I started another thread about coloring my gray hair again. I got lots of good feedback. I think I just need a fresher look right now. The gray is pretty, but I think I am going to look better with a nice chestnut brown. Since I want to minimize exposure to chemicals I was thinking one of the 10 minute haircolors might be good. Does anyone have experience with these?
