I purchased two new liquid lipsticks that I am loving!

1). Milani Stay Put Liquid Longwear Lipstick - Siren Red

2). NYX Lip Lingerie XXL Matte Liquid Lipstick - Pink Hit

They are both very matte, very long-wearing and I ❤️ them!  I do wear lip balm under it or lip gloss over it to give a bit of moisture, but wow, these are becoming my favorites over traditional lipstick.

Have any of you tried them?  If so, what are your favorite brands?

Good to know.  I'm always looking for a lipstick that I really love.  I'll give one of these a try.

@SurferWife   Oooh thank you for the liquid lipstick recommendations! The price is right and the colors are so pretty and bold- I'll give those a gander!

@SurferWife The pic of the first one doesn't look matte at all, and it doesn't say matte in the title.  Are different colors matte and others not matte?

The only way I'll wear matte lipstick is underneath another color lipstick or with a gloss if it'll stay on with a gloss.  When they first came out with long-wear or lip stains, they didn't work if you put a gloss over them.

The first one (Milani brand) is the only color I tried in that brand, so I don't know if the other colors are matte, but the Siren Red is most definitely matte. When I first wore it and showed my husband, he said, "Wow!  That is sexy!"  He knows I love a bold lip.

@SurferWife  - My favorite type of lip products are long wearing.  I haven't tried the 2 you mentioned, but I will.   Thanks for the recommendation!

The ones I use are Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink, but I do use lipgloss over it.

Thanks for the Maybelline recommendation.  I, too, wear lip gloss over it, or lip balm under it.  The two that I have wear "dry" and I like a moist lip.  They stay on well, though, and my favorite thing about them is they stay put!  No bleeding off the lip.

I was just at Ulta today and used the $15 off $50 purchase.  I didn't see the NYX Lip Vault.  I'll have to look at it online.
