It might work as a dip for fruit.  I wouldn't put it on a salad.

@SeaMaiden   Like others if I was given a sample to try, I'd give it a shot.  There's been some stuff through my life that sounded hideous and yet once I tried it, had to admit wasn't bad lol.

Yes I would try it.  When a kid and said I did not like something, my dad would ask me how do you know you dont like it if you havent tried it?  I always tried it.

 

I have tried many foods in my day, some I liked and some I didnt.  But I am happy I try different things.

 

I just cant imagine people going through life and not trying different foods.
