This tree brought back memories of my childhood @possummink   According to the family lore, when I was a toddler I knocked over the artificial tree and it was either the day before Christmas Eve or Christmas Eve when it happened.  My dad made an emergency run to the local Sears and picked up a white angel hair artificial Christmas tree.

It was a white tree that was soft and kind of silky.  This could have been in the days before 'flame retardant' became a thing.

I adored that tree and have always wanted one like it.  They don't make them soft like that any more - I've been looking for over 40 years.

Great memories.

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise
